MA contemplative psychotherapy
the archetypes I resonate most with are teacher and writer; both of which require the on-going commitment to being a forever student. in all of my work, I orient to each moment as the perfect teacher, and love as the true alchemist and eternal refuge. Love as in awareness, consciousness, light, space, god.
I work intuitively and creatively to guide people into a way of seeing the curriculum of their life– through both difficulty and ease– as correct, intelligent, and sacred. I do not view pain as a personal failure nor problem to be fixed– but as a pathway, a portal, and a profound apprenticeship in being human.
I received my masters in clinical mental health from Naropa University in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology in 2021. I completed my initial yoga teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in 2013 and have continued teaching and training in yoga, meditation, intuitive movement and ceremonial healing arts ever since. education & training
