get to know evie’s method & class ~ s h i f t
s h i f t is an energetic & emotional reset. a rhythmic & intuitive blend of yoga, breath, meditation, movement & meditation. this practice invites you to make new shapes and change old stories— to tap into new energetic pathways and tune out of old emotional patterns. this practice invites you to shift the way you see, and allow what you see to shift.
the practice is based in the observation that pure presence purifies, that pure possibility exists within pure presence, and that presence has a way of becoming reverence all on its own.
Less instruction, more intuition. sometimes active, sometimes passive, always attuned with the energetics of the participants, space and season. while no particular experience is needed, familiar with vinyasa yoga is helpful— but truly a willingness to lean in and court your edges is all that’s needed.

“shift has changed my relationship with movement, my emotions and my mind. these classes have been the safe space I needed to learn to fully express emotions with evie’s balance of guidance and freedom. I often hear evie’s voice in my head outside of class, guiding me to trust myself as I use some of the practices to regulate my nervous system through the ups and downs of daily life.”

I have never loved a movement practice more. from stillness, to breath-work, from dancing, to finishing class in a head to toe sweat, you leave feeling lighter, mindful and inspired. evie’s words are always in alignment and match the energy in the room. shift is a movement journey and it has changed my life.”

“ it feels like honestly and authentically tapping in with how I really am and expressing my realest self. to be vulnerable in community is potent medicine; with evie I feel so held, supported, empowered to lovingly feel emotions both tough and beautiful and let them flow.”
