the retreat curriculum is a blend of inner and outer connection; moments for sharing, silence, movement, stillness writing, reflecting. it is based on the forever remembrance that we wake up in and through love.  I will have a few assistants supporting and enhancing the retreat with reiki, hands on healing and subtle space holding. its going to be infused with such deep care, creativity and devotion. a light-filled space to hold you as you journey inward to court the muse of creativity within + around you.

9:00am: solar practice // s h i f t – my signature movement + meditation method

10:30am: cacao, sacred silence,  meditation + creative, contemplative exercises

11:30am: opening circle + indigo child teachings day one

1:00pm: Lemon Press lunch (our fave local high vibe café)  + break

3:30pm: lunar practice //  breathwork ceremony with reiki to open your channel

6:00pm: organic, gluten + dairy free dinner from Lemon Press

the cost + registration process //

there are 3 pricing tiers for the retreat in service of access. **this is not about getting a deal, it is about paying in proportion to your income/wealth so that everyone can access spaces for healing, integration + evolution** to register, you will be prompted to pay a $400 deposit, regardless of the tier you end up choosing.  you will next receive an email to select your payment tier, the option to book accommodations at our partner hotel, and schedule your final payment/payment plans.

TIER ONE: $900: *blessed to be supported* this price honors being in a season of receiving + the gift of remembering just how many invisible hands hold you.

TIER TWO: $1,100: this is the price that best reflects the true cost of the retreat.

TIER THREE: $1,300: *blessed to support* this price honors that abundance grows when shared. paying at this tier allows for others to access the retreat when they otherwise would not be able to. thank you for your generosity of heart, spirit + resources– it is truly seen and appreciated.
